- Effect of Mixture of Top Soil Ultisol, Cocopeat and Cow Manure as Media for Breeding Calliandra (Calliandra calothyrsusu). The Permanent Nursery of BPDASHL Pontianak. guided by Ir. Hj. Ratna Herawatiningsih, M.Sc. as the first supervisor and Hafiz Ardian, S.Hut, M.P. as a second advisor. Calliandra plant (Calliandra callothyrsus) is one type that is known as a fuel-producing plant, grows fast and can be pruned repeatedly. This research aimed to study the effects of a mixture of top soil ultisol, cocopeat and cow manure on the growth of calindra (Caliandra calothyrsus) seedlings in order to determine the best mix of top soil ultisol and cocopeat cow dung manure for growth of calliandra seedlings in nursery media. This research was carried out in the Permanent Nursery of BPDASHL Kapuas Pontianak for approximately 2 months in the field, using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experimental method. The data were collected and analyzed first for material height, diameter, number of stalks and Live Ratio Crown (LRC). The results showed that the Top Soil treatment of Ultisol + Cocopeat + Cow Manure (P5) showed a very significant effect on the growth of height, diameter, number of stalks and LRC of calliandra seedlings. Ratna Herawatiningsih, M.Si. selaku pembimbing pertama dan Hafiz Ardian, S.Hut, M.P. selaku pembimbing kedua.Tanaman kaliandra (Calliandra callothyrsus) merupakan salah satu jenis yang sudah diketahui sebagai tanaman penghasil bahan bakar, cepat tumbuh dan dapat dipangkas secara berulang-ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian pengaruh campuran tanah top soil ultisol, cocopeat dan pupuk kandang kotoran sapi terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kalindra (Caliandra calothyrsus) dalam rangka menentukan campuran terbaik top soil ultisol dan cocopeat serta pupuk kandang kotoran sapi untuk pertumbuhan bibit kaliandra pada media pembibitan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Persemaian Permanen BPDASHL Kapuas Kota Pontianak selama kurang lebih 2 bulan di lapangan, dengan metode eksperimen Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Data yang dikumpulkan dan di analisis pertamabahan tinggi, diamater, jumlah tangkai dan Live Ratio Crown (LRC). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan Top Soil Tanah Ultisol + Cocopeat + Kotoran Sapi (P5) menunjukan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi, diameter, jumlah tangkai dan LRC bibit kaliandra. Perlakuan Top Soil Tanah Ultisol + Kotoran Sapi (P4) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertambahan diameter bibit kaliandra.Kata kunci: Kaliandra, Cocopeat, Kotoran Sapi, Pertumbuhan, Ultisol.
