This study uses framing analysisZhongdang Pan & Kosicki used to see how the reality of problems of Indonesia are structured, told,written and emphasized in the construction of a documentary film. Conclusions obtained from this studythat Indonesia framed the problem into three issues of health, social welfare and social justice. Constructionis built of each film directs viewers in impression to the government as the guilty party that caused theseproblems and sympathetic to the heroic actions of the main subject in solving problems.Keyword: Framing, Indonesia Issues, Documentary, Direct Cinema, Eagle Award Competitions ProgramABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai persoalan-persoalan Indonesia yang dibingkai melalui filmdokumenter model direct cinema pada program Eagle Award Competitions di Metro TV. Penelitian inimenggunakan analisis framing Zhongdang Pan & Kosicki yang digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana realitaspersoalan Indonesia disusun, diceritakan, ditulis dan ditekankan dalam konstruksi film dokumenter.Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini bahwa persoalan Indonesia dibingkai kedalam tiga isukesehatan, kesejahteraan sosial dan keadilan sosial dengan konstruksi yang mengarahkan penonton ataskesan pemerintah sebagai pihak bersalah yang menyebabkan munculnya persoalan dan simpatik kepadasubyek film atas tindakan heroik dalam menyelesaikan persoalan dilingkungannya.Kata Kunci: Framing, Persoalan Indonesia, Film Dokumenter , Direct Cinema, Program Eagle AwardCompetitions.
