- The aim of this research is to find out gender condition in education at East Java Province. Qualitative and quantitative method is used for the research. The secondary data is got from Statistic Central Bureau (BPS) and Education and Culture Agency at East Java Province. Descriptive Analysis is used for explaining the data.The conclusion this research is gender conditition in education at East Java Province show gender disparity for women. In connection with the data then the governement have to make gender policy for gender parity in education.
