- Abstrak Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral adalah salah satu Dinas Pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang Pertambangan dan Energi di lingkungan wilayah Negara RI. Pada tahun 1988 Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral di Jawa Timur resmi sebagai Dinas Pemerintahan yang diberi tugas dan wewenang untuk pengaturan sumber daya mineral yang ada di Jawa Timur. Untuk menilai tingkat kematangan Teknologi Informasi pada instansi penulis menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan 3 (tiga) domain pilihan yaitu MEA, APO dan BAI. Dalam studi kasus ini, metode data pengumpulan dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuisioner yang dipandu oleh pertanyaan berdasarkan pada COBIT 5, tetapi juga melakukan pengamatan untuk memperkuat penelitian. Penelitian berfokus pada domain MEA02 dengan perolehan hasil 75%, APO07 dengan perolehan hasil 60% dan dengan perolehan hasil 50%. Kemudian dari hasil tersebut bisa diberikan rekomendasi level 3 yaitu Established Proses dan Process Deployment kemudian dari hasil kematangan Teknologi Informasi di berikan pekomendasi perbaikan pada instansi. Kata kunci : COBIT 5, Visi dan Misi, Tata Kelola IT, APO04, APO13, DSS01 Abstract The Department of Energy and Mineral Resources is one of the government services engaged in mining and energy in the territory of the state of INDONESIA. In the year 1988 the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources in East Java officially as government office is given the task and authority to the arrangement of Mineral Resources in East Java. To assess the maturity level of information technology in the authors agency using the framework COBIT 5 with 3 (three) domains of choice namely MEA, APO and BAI. In this case study, the method of collecting data was carried out with interviews and questionnaire guided by questions based on COBIT 5, but also conducted observations to reinforce the research. Research focuses on the MEA02 domain with a yield of 75%, APO07 with a yield of 60% and a yield of 50%. Then the result can be given a recommendation Level 3 is Established process and Process Deployment then from the maturity of information technology is given to recommend improvements to the agency.
