Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Proyek Peningkatan Jembatan Karanganyar - Bondowoso Dengan Metode CPM dan PERT
Daftar Isi:
- The project can be declared good if the implementation process is in accordance with the plan, one of the problems that occur in the project is the delay in implementation time. To analyze the problems that occur, a method is used to realize what is expected. In this study using the CPM (Critical Path Method) which is a method to increase the progress of a project in accordance with the original plan by optimizing the total cost of the project through reducing the project completion time. Meanwhile, to reduce the delays or work constraints that occur, one of them can use the PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) method as a solution. And to shorten the duration of the work done by reducing the time of project activities that are experiencing delays using the Crashing Project method. The evaluation in this study was the work of upgrading bridges in Karanganyar - Bondowoso, which had a planned work time of 120 days with a total budget of Rp.1,939,063,000, but there was a delay of 38 days from the duration of the planning. The initial process is to determine the activities contained in the critical path, then data processing using the CPM method obtained by reducing the time on the critical path to 98 days, then by the PERT method the probability is 99% with the duration of completion on the 102nd day. To find out the costs and the time that must be added or subtracted in this study used the Crashing Project method, using alternative methods such as increasing the overtime hours of workers with acceleration time results obtained to 123.5 days and additional costs of Rp.49,789,152.11 or by adding labor work obtained acceleration results to 108.5 days and additional costs of Rp. 1,510,900.00 from the planned cost of planning.
