- Research on the analysis of motivation factors that affect employee morale in the Regional Plantation Company (PDP) Sumberwadung Jember. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of motivational factors that affect employee morale in the Company Regional Plantation (PDP) Sumberwadung Jember. The number of samples used in this study were 37 respondents using census techniques. Data collection methods used in this study using questionnaires and observations. The analysis used included data instrument test, multiple linier regression analysis, classical assumption test (multicolonierity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis test. From the results of the analysis concluded physiological needs have a positive and significant effect on morale. The need for a sense of security has a positive and significant effect on morale. Social needs have a positive and significant effect on morale. The need for rewards has a positive and significant effect on morale. The needs of self-actualization have a positive and significant effect on work morale And physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, reward needs and self-actualization needs have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee morale in the Company of Plantation Area (PDP) Sumberwadung Jember.
