The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Intenal Communications and Motivation partially and simultaneously on Employee Perfomance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Jember. The samples used in this study were 71 respondents using census techniques. Data collections mhetods used in this study using questionnaries.The analysis insludes ata test instruments, test the validity and multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test (multicoloniarity test, normality test, and heteroskidastitiy test), and hypotesis testing. From the results of data analysis can be concluded that the Transformational Leadership Style and Motivation partial, positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Internal Communications isn’t significant on Employee Performance. And Simultaneously, Transformational Leadership Style, Internal Communications, and Motivation significant impact on Employee Performance PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Jember.
