University of Bung Hatta. Qualitative research with descriptive methods. The sampling method is to use a
purposive sample by conducting depth interviews with three groups with the overall sample size is as
much as 49 people. The third group are alumni of the University of sample Bung Hatta, practitioners of
the business / user and practitioner education and business. Attract applicants, Increases skill ability,
skill alumni, utilizing advanced technology to inform the University of Bung Hatta excellence, has worked
with the agency association, make use of research faculty, conduct in-depth survey of the workforce
