Project delays can be detrimental to anyone on the project, for that it is necessary to know what are the factors that cause the delay so that it can avoid delays. This study aims to determine the factors that cause the delay and determine the dominant factors that cause the delay. Using a qualitative approach and having 5 informants involved in this project. Interviews and literature studies are data sources, then used as references for making questions, then conducting interviews with informants. After the interview, the answer is obtained which is then validated by triangulating Sumbar and reducing it. There were 7 factors that caused the delay, namely work method, material, time, cost, equipment, internal and external. The dominant factor causing delays is the work method.
