Daerah irigasi Batang Lumpo II seluas 375 Ha, berdasarkan administrasi terletak di daerah Lumpo Utara Kecamatan IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Bendung ini direncanakan dengan mercu tipe bulat dengan kolam olak peredam energy USBR tipe IV. Perhitungan analisa hidrologi untuk curah hujan rencana yang digunakan yaitu distribusi Normal, Gumbel, Log Normal, Log Person Tipe III, dan debit rencana menggunakan metode Hasper, Weduwen, Mononobe, dan Rasional. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat : debit rencana 50 tahun (Q50) = 253,075 m3/dt, lebar efektif bendung 33,69 m, tinggi mercu 2,8 m. Perhitungan stabilitas bendung dalam keadaan air normal didapat angka keamanan terhadap guling = 1,99 &gt; 1,5 dan terhadap geser = 1,61 &gt; 1,5. Pada saat kondisi banjir didapat angka keamanan terhadap guling = 1,91 &gt; 1,5 dan terhadap geser = 1,94 &gt; 1,5. Untuk daya dukung tanah pada kondisi air normal dan air banjir yang didapat kontruksi bendung aman dan kontrol, karena tegangan tanah yang terjadi akibat gaya yang bekerja pada dinding tidak melebihi dari tegangan yang diizinkan, yaitu 31,363 ton/m2.&#xD; &#xD; Kata kunci : Bendung, Tipe Mercu, Analisa Hidrologi, Stabilitas.&#xD; &#xD; PERMANENT WEIR PLANNING BATANG LUMPO II DISTRICT PESISIR SELATAN&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; Nugrah Oji Pratama, Bahrul Anif, Zuherna Mizwar&#xD; Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Bung Hatta University Of Padang&#xD; E-mail : nugrahojipratama96@gmail.com, bahrulanif@bunghatta.ac.id, zuemizwar@gmail.com.&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; Abstract&#xD; &#xD; A weir is a building that is placed transversely on a river flow with the intention to raise the water level, so that it can be flowed to places that are located higher than the bottom of the river flow. The irrigation area of Batang Lumpo II is 375 Ha, based on administration located in the area Lumpo Utara District IV Jurai, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This weir is planned with a round type lighthouse with a pool of USBR type IV energy damper. Hydrological analysis calculations for rainfall plans used are the Normal distribution, Gumbel, Normal Log, Type Person Log III, and discharge plans using the Hasper, Weduwen, Mononobe, and Rational methods. The calculation results obtained : 50 year plan discharge (Q50) = 253,075 m3 / s, the effective width of the weir is 33.69 m, the height of the lighthouse is 2.8 m. Calculation of weir stability under normal water conditions obtained safety figures for bolsters = 1.99 &gt; 1.5 and for shear = 1.61 &gt;&#xD; 1.5. At the time of flood conditions obtained safety figures for bolsters = 1.91 &gt; 1.5 and for shear&#xD; = 1.94 &gt; 1.5.
