  • Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan program bimbingan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pra eksperimen dan desain penelitian Pre-Test Post-Test Group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa nontes berbentuk angket model rating scale. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik nonparametric untuk mengukur uji komparasi antara skor pretest dan posttest. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: 1) gambaran umum kematangan karir peserta didik, 2) rumusan program bimbingan yang layak menurut pakar dan praktisi, dan 3) gambaran keefektifan program bimbingan untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Program Bimbingan, Kematangan Karir, Peserta Didik SMK The aims of this study is to earn an effective guidance program in increasing students career maturity for 10th grade students in 3 Vocational High School. The approach of this study used in quantitative with pre experiment methods and Pre-Test Post-Test Group design as a research design. The research instrument is non-test model which used rating scale questionnaire. Nonparametric statistic was used as a technique of data analysis to comparation test betwen pretest score and posttest score. This study shows: 1) the general profile of students career maturity; 2) the formula of suitable for guidance program according to expert and practitioner; and 3) the effectiveness of guidance program to increase students career maturity.
