- Loka Bina Karya is a rehabilitation center outside the orphanage prepared for the empowerment of persons with disabilities. But the resulting product is still not optimal due to lack of creativity in providing training. This study aims to develop creative products through the empowerment of persons with disabilities. This research focuses on developing toy products in Loka Bina Karya Jagakarsa with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the process to developing the creation of persons with disabilities must go through a process that was carried out systematically from planning, implementation, and evaluation. The impact of this development can be seen from the products that they produced, their increased income and employment opportunities in several craftsmen workshop around the Loka Bina Karya Jagakarsa area.
