  • Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar mahasiswa FPEB UPI khususnya angkatan 2016 yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi belajar memediasi pengaruh academic hardiness terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa FPEB UPI angkatan 2016 yaitu sebanyak 635. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 245 mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan variabel mediasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa academic hardiness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar serta motivasi belajar signifikan secara parsial memediasi academic hardiness terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Academic Hardiness, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACT The study is based on low students learning outcomes in Faculty of Business and Economics of Education (FPEB) in the academic years of 2016. This study is aimed at investigate whether learning motivation have a role mediate the effect academic hardiness on learning outcomes. The participants of this study werestudents of FPEB in the academic year of 2016 with total 635. By using the technique of random sampling obtained a sample with total 245 students. The method used in this study was explanatory survey and data analysis used multiple regression analysis with mediate variable. The result of this study showed that academic hardiness have positive and significant influence to learning outcomes and learning motivation, and also learning motivation is significant partially to mediate academic hardiness influence to learning outcomes.
