  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh prestasi belajar dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 315 siswa yang telah selesai mengikuti program praktik kerja industri dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 176 siswa dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner yang disusun menggunakan skala numerik. Dalam penelitian ini, terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian instrumen yaitu dengan pengujian reliabilitas dan validitas instrumen. Selanjutnya melakukan pengujian normalitas data, dan terakhir dilakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik parametrik korelasi parsial, uji korelasi ganda, uji t dan uji F. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS V.23. Hasil pengujian hipotesisnya diperoleh: 1) Prestasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh t_hitung>t_tabel yaitu 5,70629>1,65371. 2) Pengalaman praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh t_hitung>t_tabel yaitu 4,15157>1,65371. 3) Prestasi belajar dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh F_hitung>F_tabel yaitu 49,6754>3,05. Berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh dari hasil uji t dan uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan prestasi belajar dan pengalaman praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian akuntansi di SMK se-Kota Cimahi. Kata kunci: prestasi belajar, pengalaman praktik kerja industri, kesiapan kerja;--- This research is aimed to investigate the influence of learning achievement and job training experience towards the job readiness of accounting students preparation to work in vocational high schools around Cimahi. The method was used in this research is survey method. The number of population in this research is 315 students who has passed the job training and this research used 176 students. The sample was taken randomly. The instrument to collect the data is questionnaire which was arranged by using numericale scale. In this research the questionnaire was tested by using the standard of reliability and validity of the instruments. Furthermore, testing the data normality and the last hypothesis testing was performed using statistical test parametric partial correlation, multiple correlation test, t-test and F-test. The calculations were performed with the help of the IBM SPSS V.23 program. The results of hypothesis testing obtained: 1) Learning Achievement had positive influence on students job readiness. Based on t-test is obtained t_count> t_table that is 5,70629>1,65371. 2) The job training experience has a positive influence on students' job readiness. Based on t-test obtained t_count>t_table that is 4,15157>1,65371. 3) Learning achievement and job training experience have a positive influence on students job readiness. Based on the F-test is obtained F_count>F_table that is 49,6754>3,05. Based on the value obtained from the results of t-test and F-test can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously learning achievements and job training experience positively influence to the job readiness of accounting skill program students in vocational high school throughout Cimahi City.
