Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efikasi diri, kemandirian belajar, prestasi belajar dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian verifikatif, data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden yaitu siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu dengan teknik simple random sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 104 siswa dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 140 siswa. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi multipel, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,244>1,98373 dan nilai signifikan < 0,05, yaitu 0,002. 2) Terdapat pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel, yaitu 2,573 >1,98373 dan nilai signifikan < 0,05, yaitu 0,012. 3) Terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 30,69%, berdasarkan uji F diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 22,395 > 3,09 dan nilai signifikan < 0,05, yaitu 0,000----------The research was conducted at the high school accounting class XI SMK Negeri 1 Bandung academic year 2014/2015 about the influence of self efficacy and self regulated learning to the student’s achievement learning on financial accounting subject. The purpose of this study was to describe the self efficacy, self regulated learning, student’s achievement learning and to determine influence of self efficacy and self regulated learning to student’s achievement learning. The method that used in this research was descriptive research with the verification type, the data obtained by distributing questionnaries to the respondents, a class XI student of Accounting of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The sampling technique that used was by simple random sampling, obtained a sample of 104 students of total population of 140 students. The data were processed using the technique of multiple correlation analysis, whereas hypothesis testing was done by F test and t test. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung kelas XI Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2014/2015 mengenai pengaruh efikasi diri dan kemandirian belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan.
