  • Permasalahan yang dikaji pada penelitian ini adalah mengenai rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas X program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung pada mata pelajaran Kearsipan. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan hasil ulangan harian yang belum optimal.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempeoleh data mengenai pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Square (TPSq) dan model Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode true experimental dengan desain post-test only. Penelitiani ini dilaksanakan di Kelas X AP 1 dan AP 2 program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Kelas eksperimen 1 pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X AP 2 yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Square dan Kelas X AP 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar yaitu menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen 1 yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Square (TPSq) dengan kelas eksperimen 2 yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa di kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Square (TPSq) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS). The issues examined in this study was about the low10th grade student learning outcomes on Archieve subject at Office AdministrationExpertise SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. It was marked by the results of the test that were not optimal.. The aims of this study was to obtain data about the influence of Think Pair Square (TPSq) and Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model application towards student’s learning outcomes. The method used was a True-eksperimental methods with post-test only design. This study was conducted on 10th grade students (X AP 1 and X AP 2) of Office Administration expertise program at SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. The 1st experimental group on this study was class X AP 2 which applied Think Pair Square (TPSq) learning model meanwhile class X AP 1 was 2nd experimental group which applied Think Pair Shared (TPS) learning model. Data analysis techniquesused were t-test that was used to see the difference improvement of learning outcomes between 1st experimental group and 2nd experimental group. The result showed that they were differences learning outcomes between students in 1st experimental group that implemented Think Pair Square (TPSq) learning model and students in 2nd experimental group that implemented Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model.It can be concluded that the student’slearning outcomes in the 1st experimental group that implemented Think Pair Square (TPSq) learning model is higher than the student’s learning outcomes in the class that implemented Think Pair Share (TPS) learning models
