- This paper talks about why does the Draft for Free Information of Public Law (Rancangan Undang-undang Kebebasan Memperoleh Informasi Publik or RUU KMIP) hasn’t yet legalized by legislative? The assumption from the writer, there are many politics that make the drafting cannot be legalized.
