- Generally of the study are to find out if the this study the capital structure, company size and profitability affect the firm value of the marine transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. The population in this study were all sea transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period, totaling 28 companies, with a total sample of 15 companies. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling. The results of hypothesis testing show: a) capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value; b) company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value; c) profitability has no significant negative effect on firm value; d) Capital structure, firm size and profitability simultaneously influence firm value.
