- This research is in the form of research and development or often known as R n D. Research. This research development uses 3 stages of the ADDIE model. The instruments used were interviews and validation sheets. The results showed that: (a) the needs analysis results showed 100% of students had smartphones that were used 2-8 hours per day, but only 20% were used by students for learning purposes; (b) media developed using Adobe Animate CC 2018 media; (c) assessment by media experts and material experts on learning media using android-based mobile learning on high school grade X chemical bond material is declared valid.
