- The aims of this study was to determine the antioxidant activity of the methanol and ethyl acetate extracts of Plectranthus amboinicus (bangun-bangun). By DPPH test the IC50 of methanol extract : 59,26 g/mL and ethyl acetate extracts: 87,84 g/mL. Test the antioxidant activity of NO radicals obtained IC50: methanol extract 33.88 g/mL and ethyl acetate extract 37.64 g/mL. The FTC test showed : methanol extract of 29.58% and 26.84% ethyl acetate extract. FRAP test the antioxidant activity of the methanol extract showed 18,98 mmol /g and ethyl acetate extract 17,89 mmol /g.Keywords: Antioxidant, DPPH, FRAP, FTC, NO Radicals, P.amboinicus.
