- This research attempts to analyze the mitigation policy for disable as a victim of earth quake in Bantul on March 27, 2006. The type of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected directly from the respondent.This research use unstructured questionnaires in collecting the information from the respondents especially from disables. The result of this research show that generally the mitigation policy for disaster’s victim was well run, because of the equity of Satlak PBP in mobilizing the society in tackling the disaster victim. But it was not also happened to the disables, because most of them are still safer in each their home, and there is no special policy for them. Keywords: Disable, Mitigation, Satlak, Policy, Disaster
