- This research aimed at finding correlation between self-confidence and vocational maturity among students. Data were collected from 120 students in Islamic Unversity of Indonesia. The data collection was done using the questionare method. The relationship between self-confidence and vocational maturity used Product Moment analysis. The result of the research was r = .223 (p = .015). This means that self-confidence corelated with vocational maturity.keyword : Self-confidence, vocational maturity
