  • This research attempt to understand the professionalism of BMT human resources in Sleman. Beside, this research also to identify the influence factors to BMT human resource's professionalism. The sample method used is stratified random sampling. The data compiled through questionnaire and in dept interview. The results of this research show that the professionalism of BMT'S human resources is high. There is 59% of BMT's coucil is professional, and there is 68% of BMT's Manajer is Professional, there is 49,6% BMT's casier is professional, and there is 52,4% BMT's marketing is professional. There are some factors which are influence to the professionalism of BMT's human resources. They are: the understanding of sari'ah financial concept, the operational of syari'ah financial institution, the education background, operational tools, and the human resources management.keyword : BMT, Human resources, Syar'ah Financial, professionalism.
