- This research aim to know do there is difference of view among student choosing career as public accountant, company accountant, aducator accountant and governmental accountant as a whole and pursuant to gender evaluated from financial reward, proffefsional training, professional confension, social values, work environment, and labour market needs.So that can be good for institude whish have amployed accountant labour ang for education environment. Pursuant to the mentioned hence taking title “Perception of Student Accountancy Concerning Factors Influencing Election of Career as Accountant”. Data collection done is directly used by questionnaire which in the form of addressed questioner to student. Result of from this research is got that student as a whole tend to choose career as public accountant compared educator accounatant, company accountant and governmental accountant. Ellection of the career influenced by factor financial reward, professional training and professional confession. While result of research to man student and woman student indicate that only at factor labour market needs there are difference of view.kata kunci : career choise, gender, financial reward,professional training, professional confession, social values, work environment and labor market needs
