- Soekarno-Hatta street, Bandung city is a primary arterial road that has a planned speed of 60 km/hour, but in fact at several points on the road there is a turnaround facility, many vehicles are obstructed and reduce their speed and even stop because of the movement of vehicles making reverse directions. The field survey includes road geometry, traffic volume, waiting time, queue length, delay and speed.This research was conducted to determine the value of queue length, delay and sped on street Soekarno-Hatta. The field survey include road geometry, traffic volume, waiting time, queue length, delay, and speed. Data was collected on weekends from 07.00-08.00.Data analysis was performed using VISSIM software. The result of the analysis on the exsisting conditions show that the queue length and delay are 22,8 meters and 53,8 seconds, respectively. The proposal of this study is to widen the median opening to 8 meters. In the result obtained, the queue length and delay have decreased.Key words : Median opening, Queue Length and Delay, VISSIM.
