- For increasing income and society welfare in rural, economic policy have to embrace new paradigm focusing on empowerment of economic people base on agriculture, because most of their life in agriculture sector. The implementation agriculture development in the rural area designed by agribusiness system to involve various economic committee and committee supporter for example: society economic committee (cooperative), credit committee, farmer entrepreneur (farmer), and the entrepreneur. Cooperative is a good center for agribusiness activity for each business in the rural especially for processing and marketing agriculture product. Cooperative base on agribusiness have to support in expand of agribusiness sub system (trading of facility agriculture production, activity farmer business, agricultural production processing, service of supporter service), supplier of market information for members, apply technology of agriculture and perpetrator of agroindustry activity. This business will generate multiplier of economic effect in society existence. Agribusiness can create business opportunity in rural economic activity so that cause to grow up of society income as indicator of their welfare.
