  • This article aims at examining issues and problems associated with the strategic implementation of product labeling. It starts with the definition and scope product labeling and followed by the right and the obligation of the consumers and producers towards product labeling. It was examined that the producers’ awareness towards product labeling is still low. This is partly due to the lack of detail guidance and law enforcement undertaken by the government. Therefore, more efforts are still needed to increase both consumers and awareness towards product labeling.
