- This study discusses the differences in entrepreneurial self-efficacy between male and female entrepreneurs, and what is meant by entrepreneurial self-efficacy in this study is the individual's belief in the ability to take entrepreneurial action. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy Differences in Gender. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study population was members of Panutan Gresik UKM. In this study, self-efficacy was measured using a questionnaire arranged in the form of a Likert scale with Very Right (SS), Suitable (S), Unsuitable (TS), Very Unsuitable (STS) choices. The questionnaire was made based on six components that have the desire, beliefs, energy and actions in entrepreneurship. Respondents in this study were 38 members of Panutan Gresik UKM consisting of 12 men and 26 women. Hypothesis testing uses the Independent Sample t-Test statistical technique with the help of SPSS17.0 for windows. Based on the Hypothesis Test conducted, it can be seen that t arithmetic shows the value of t = -1.439 with a significance level of 0.159> 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in entrepreneurial self-efficacy between men and women. businessman.
