  • This final project presents an integrated and automated tool in waste monitoring at PT Petrokimia Gresik which includes pH measurement, pond level altitude, appropriate pH level setting and wastewater disposal. The measurement results will be processed by the micro controller and will be sent via Bluetooth to the room control room that will be displayed on the computer. The author will simulate a micro controller based fertilizer disposal device. Such devices include pH and water level control sensors. The pH sensor used for monitoring the pH level of waste water. The pH standard used in wastewater is 6.5-9, because at that pH the fish can live (Rivai, et al., 2010). Water level control is device to control waste disposal when the level of waste water in ponds is high. The purpose of this thesis research is to make microcontroller application tool for monitoring and regulation of pH level along with disposal of waste water to the sea which is tested in prototype form.
