- UKM Bonassa Collection is an UKM engaged in Muslim fashion convection in its production. The UKM Bonassa Collection cannot be separated from defect products. For this reason, we need to know how quality control is applied to UKM Bonassa Collection, and find out whether Six Sigma methods can be applied to UKM Bonassa Collection. In this study using Six Sigma method with DMAI approach to identify product defect factors. The purpose of this DMAI is to determine CTQ, create Pareto Diagrams, calculate DPMO values and Sigma levels, calculate COPQ values, and determine control limit tests with Np-Chart. Based on data processing with the DMAI approach, 3 CTQs were found: uneven stitches, bad embroidery, and damaged packing. And knowing the value of COPQ for eight months was Rp. 6,084,700. and knowing the DPMO value of 260.86 defects per million products produced with Sigma 3.44.
