Machasin., M.Si.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Organization Citizenship Behavior karyawan pada PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Cabang Bandar Udara Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Cabang Bandar Udara Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 253 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan menggunakan SPSS 20 for windows.Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan terdapat pengaruh langsung antara karakteristik individu terhadap, pengaruh tidak langsung antara karakteristik individu terhadap organization citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja, pengaruh langsung antara lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap organization citizenship behavior, pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap organization citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organization citizenship behavior. Machasin., M.SiThis study aims to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics and Non Physical Work Environment to Job Satisfaction and Employees Organization Citizenship Behavior at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru Airport. The method of research used kuantitatif descriptive. The population of this research was all employee of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim Airport that consisted 253 people and the total sample was 155 people. The analysis tools is used path analysis by using SPSS 20 for windows.From the result of the testing that has been done, there is a direct effect of individual characteristics on organization citizenship behavior, the indirect effect between individual characteristics on organization citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, the direct effect of non physical work environment on organization citizenship behavior, the indirect effect between non physical work environment through job satisfaction, and th effect of job satisfaction on organization citizenship behavior.
