- ABSTRAKNURMI, NIM. 1410246181, Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Hubungan Interpersonal Terhadap Loyalitas Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru, dibimbing oleh Mahdum dan Muhammad Nasir.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang adanya pengaruh antar variabel-variabel (1) Pengembangan karir terhadap loyalitas Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru, (2) Hubungan interpersonal terhadap loyalitas Guru Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru, (3) Pengembangan karir dan hubungan interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru. Melalui penyebaran instrument kepada 93 orang Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data semua variabel dengan menggunakan angket. Validitas butir diuji dengan menggunakan rumus pearson product moment. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara Pengembangan karir terhadap loyalitas guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 11,2 persen .(2) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara Hubungan interpersonal terhadap loyalitas guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,4 persen. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara Pengembangan karir dan Hubungan interpersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas guru dengan kontibusi sebesar 51,7 persen. Hasil penelitian diharapkan berguna bagi perbaikan dan peningkatan loyalitas Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru dengan cara meningkatkan pengembangan karir dan hubungan interpersonal.Kata kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Hubungan Interpersonal, dan Loyalitas GuruABSTRACTNURMI, NIM. 1410246181, The Influence Of Career Development And Interpersonal Correlation Toward Loyalty For Teacher In Junior High Scholl Of Sukajadi Subdistrict Pekanbaru, Supervised and Proctoring by Mahdum dan Muhammad Nasir.The aim of this research is to know about the influence between variables (1) career development toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru, (2) interpersonal correlation toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru, (3) career development and interpersonal correlation together toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru. This research carried out by spreading the instruments for 93 teachers in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru by using proportionate random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect the data of all variables using the questionnaire. Validity was tested using Pearson product moment formula. Instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using Cronbach alpha formula.The results showed a positive relationship between: (1) There is a positive influence between career development toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru with 11,2 percent contibution. (2) There is a positive influence between interpersonal correlation toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru with 45,4 percent contibution. (3) There is a positive influence between career development and interpersonal correlation toward teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru with 51,7 percent contibution. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement and enhancement of teacher loyalty in junior high school of Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru by increasing career development and interpersonal correlation.Key words : Career Development, Interpersonal correlation and Teacher Loyalty
