This research was quantitative research with comparative various and using randomized pretest-posttest comparison group design.The samples were taken by using cluster random sampling. The result of science study test was used to collect the data in order to find out the difference of science study between the learning activity using Make A Match and Rotating Trio Exchange model. The test that used in this research was a multiple choice test. Based on hypothesis test, the result shows that (2,454 < 2,00030), so is accepted. It means that the science result study of students who were taught by using make a match model is better than using rotating trio exchange model.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make A Match dan Rotating Trio Exchange. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis komparatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kelompok pembanding pretest-posttest beracak. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Tes hasil belajar IPA digunakan sebagai alat dalam mengumpulkan data untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match dan Rotating Trio Exchange. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, diperoleh hasil (2,454 > 2,00030), sehingga ditolak. Hal ini berarti bahwa hasil belajar IPA siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Make A Match lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran Rotating Trio Exchange.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Metode Make A Match, Metode Rotating Trio Exchange
