- Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve understanding of the concept of economy activities of natural resources through by use of sirkuit pintar media of fourth grade student of SD Negeri Banaran 02 Sukoharjo academic year 2014/2015. The type of this research was clasroom action research (CAR) for two cycles. Research procedure is to use the model cycle. Each cycle consisted of four phases: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects wer fourth grade student of SD Negeri Banaran 02 Sukoharjo academic year 2014/2015 with total population of 24 students (5 boys and 19 girls). Source data come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques is to test, observation, interviews, and documentation or records. The validity of the source data using triangulation techniques and triangulation methods. Analysis of data using interactive analysis techniques. The conclusion of research is by using sirkuit pintar media can improve the understanding of the concept of economy activities of natural resources on the fourth grade student of SD Negeri Banaran 02 Sukoharjo academic year 2014/2015. Based on the research that has been done, the study can be evidenced from the increase in the average value of understanding the concept of economic activity related to the natural resources on pre-cycle students is 66,04 with the percentage of 41,67% classical completeness. In the first cycle with the average value of students' understanding of the concept of 70,10 with a percentage of 62,5% classical completeness. In the second cycle students' average score increased to 76,14 with the percentage of 87,5% classical completeness. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep aktivitas ekonomi berkaitan sumber daya alam melalui penggunaan media sirkuit pintar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Prosedur penelitian adalah menggunakan model siklus. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Banaran 02 Sukoharjo berjumlah 24 siswa (5 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan). Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan media sirkuit pintar meningkatkan pemahaman konsep aktivitas ekonomi berkaitan sumber daya alam pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Banaran 02 Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pemahaman konsep aktivitas ekonomi berkaitan sumber daya alam siswa pada pra siklus yaitu 66,04 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 41,67%, meningkat pada siklus I yaitu 70,10 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 62,5%, dan meningkat pada siklus II yaitui 76,14 dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 87,5%. Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep aktivitas ekonomi berkaitan sumber daya alam, media sirkuit pintar.
