- Abstract: The objectives of this research are to improve the scores of the scientific attitudes in the pesawat sederhana learning through the use of guided inquiry learning model of the students in Grade V of State Primary School 02 of Jekulo, Kudus in Academic Year 2013/2014 and to describe the constraints in the use of guided inquiry learning model to improve the scientific attitudes in the pesawat sederhana learning of the students in Grade V of State Primary School 02 of Jekulo, Kudus in Academic Year 2013/2014. This research used the classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four phases, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the research were the students as many as 21 in Grade V of State Primary School 02 of Jekulo, Kudus in Academic Year 2013/2014. The data sources of the research were the teacher and students. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire, observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. They were validated by using the data triangulation, technique triangulation, and method triangulation. They were then analyzed by using the descriptive comparative analysis. Based on the results of the research, a conclusion is drawn that the use of guided inquiry can improve the scientific attitudes on the pesawat sederhana learning of the students in Grade V of State Primary School 02 of Jekulo, Kudus in Academic Year 2013/2014. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai sikap ilmiah pada pembelajaran pesawat sederhana melalui penggunaan guided inquiry pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 02 Jekulo Kudus tahun ajaran 2013/2014 dan mendiskripsikan kendala-kendala dalam penggunaan guided inquiry untuk meningkatkan sikap ilmiah pada pembelajaran pesawat sederhana siswa kelas V SD Negeri 02 Jekulo Kudus tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 02 Jekulo Kudus yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah hasil angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi data, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah diskriptif komparatif. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penggunaan guided inquiry dapat meningkatkan sikap ilmiah pada pembelajaran pesawat sederhana siswa kelas V SD Negeri 02 Jekulo Kudus tahun ajaran 2013/2014.
