- Legal protection to the holders of land rights in land procurement for implementation of development for public interest, namely: (a). The scope of public interest are tightened into 7 types, so as to prevent misuse for other purposes. (b). Procurement of land is done by the principle of respect for people's rights to land with compensation. (c). musyawarah done immediately to avoid the involvement of third parties which may adversely kepemtingan holders of land rights. (d). awarded damages based on the value of the beneficial holders of land rights, based NJOP and market price, by rating agencieslland Price Assessment Team are independent, and the principle of consultation. e.pengawasan, control and prevent / avoid land speculation by the party that can not be held responsible in terms of compensation and implementation of development, then the party who would buy the land and the public must obtain the permission of Regent/Mayor or Governor.Keywords: legal protection, holder of land, landlord, land acquisition
