- The main purpose of this research was to investigate the pronunciation skill of the studentsat the X AP,SMK PGRI 1 PUNGGUR and to know that the English Songcould help the students’ learning process. The researcher tried to attest that The English Songas a Medium can be one of the teaching media to improve the students’ pronunciation skill. The kind of this research was classroom action research (CAR) which was done in two cycles. Each cycle consist of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this research was 25students at APclassof tenth gradeoftheSMK PGRI 1 PUNGGUR. In collecting data, the researcher used test (pre-test, post test I and post test 2), observation and documentation. The result of this research showed that The English Songas a mediumhad positive result in improving the pronunciation skill amongthetenth grade of SMK PGRI 1 PUNGGURof Central Lampung. It can be proven by the students’ average score from pre test to post test. The average score in pre-test was 64,20; post-test I was 72,32 and become 79,48 in post-test II. It means that the using of English Songas a mediumin Pronunciation can improve the students’ pronunciation skill.
