- RochmanahLinaIsti.2014.PeopleParticipationtotheFormulationofConservationPlanintheVillageLevel(RKTD-RencanaKonservasiTingkatDesa).MiniThesisDepartmentofNon-AcademicEducationFacultyofEducationStateUniversityofMalang.Supervisors(I)Prof.Dr.SMundzir(II)Drs.NurhadiM.PdKeywordsPeopleParticipationFormulationConservationPlanintheVillageLevelJetisLorVillagebecomesoneofselectedvillagewithcriticalarea562.34ha.Mostpeopleinthisvillageworkasfarmer.Inthisvillagetherearemanytreesonthehillsthatcutdownitisbecauseofwoodneedsthatwillbeusedforfuelfurnacemakinghomeandalsolandclearingforagricultureneeds.Peoplecutdownthetreeonthehillbuttheydontwanttodoreforestation.Inresultitmakethedecreaseofwaterdebitlanderosionmostlyoccurredafterrainfallthedecreaseoffodderandthedecreaseofagricultureproductivity.ManyconservationprogramseverconductedinthisvillageoneoftheprogramsisHUTBUNbutthoseconservationprogramsconductedwithoutinvolvingpeopleasmainactorthuspeopleinthatvillageonlyfunctionedinthetechnicalactivities.Inresultprogramsthatbeenconductedhavenomuchchangeforpeopleitself.InstitutionofVillageTechnologyDevelopment(LPTP-LembagaPengembanganTeknologiPedesaan)comestoJetisLorVillagewhereLPTPisNon-GovernmentOrganizationthatinvolvedinthevillagepeopleempoweringactivitywiththeirprogram.LPTPcomestothatvillagein2003withGGWRMprogram.Startingpointthatconductedinthatprogrambeforeconservationactivityismakingaprogramplan.InthiscaseprogramplanisconversationplaninthevillagelevelthatknownasRKTD(RencanaKonservasiTingkatDesa).RKTDbecomesbuildingplaninvillagelevelforthenext4-5yearswhichtheformulationprocessinvolvespeopleparticipationinJetisLorVillage.EffectthatresultedfromconservationactivitythatinvolveslocalpeopleactionisJetisLorVillgegetssecondwinnerfromproclimatecompetitioninnationallevel.
