  • KeywordsCTLmodelmodulestudentachievementformulasandfunctionsmicrosoftExcel2007MaterialformulasandfunctionsofMicrosoftExcel2007isoneoftheICTmaterialsthatexplainhowtheuseofexcelformulations.Thesematerialsnotonlyrequirestudentstomerelyunderstandtheconceptbutalsoskilledinitsuse.Thisiswhatmakesstudentsreluctanttolearnandfurtherawayfromthismaterialbecauseitisdifficult.ThereforetocreatelearningsituationsthatallowstudentstounderstandthespiritaswellasskilledlearningformulasandfunctionsitisnecessarytoapplyappropriatelearningmodelssuchastheapplicationofmodulebasedCTL.Thisstudyprovidesanopportunityforstudentstoworkandstudyinaccordancewiththespeed.Themodulesimplementthecompetenciesrequiredinaccordancewiththeconditionssoastoencouragestudentsintheuseoftheskillsenhancementfollowedagoodunderstandingofmicrosoftexcel2007.Thedesignofthisstudywasquasi-experimentalwithapre-testandpost-testdesigngiventoexperimentalandcontrolclasses.ThestudypopulationwasallstudentsingradeVIIISMPN16Malang.Samplingwasdonebypurposivesamplingtodeterminethetwoclasses.Theindependentvariableisthemodeloflearningandthedependentvariableistheresultoflearning.Theinstrumentusedisthetreatmentinstrumentsandmeasuringinstruments.TheresultsshowedthatapplicationofthemodulebasedCTLontheexperimentalclasshadanaverageofhigherlearningoutcomesthanontheapplicationofCTLinthecontrolclassis78.3074.57.ThisisevidentfromtheresultsofexperimentalstudybetweenclassesandcontrolclassesshowedasignificantdifferenceiswiththeSig(p)0.0040.05.InadditionthereisasignificantinfluenceontheimplementationofmodulebasedCTLlearningoutcomeswiththerelationshipof83.7%and70%contributionofinfluenceandthereisalsoasignificantinfluenceontheresultsofstudyingtheapplicationofCTLwiththerelationshipof81.3%and66%contributionofinfluence.TheconclusionfromtheresultsofthisstudyisthattheapplicationofmodulebasedCTLonexperimentalclassandhaveasignificantbetterthantheapplicationofCTLinthecontrolclassesbecausestudentsaremoreabletoactivelycultivatetheirknowledgeinsolvingpracticalproblemsbyworkingstepinthemodule.Practicalstepsgivenmodulemakesiteasyforstudentstolearngraduallysoastocreateastudent-centeredlearning.
