- ABSTRAKKadirAbdurahman.2017.KajianLamaWaktuPerawatanDenganMetodeSteamTerhadapKuatTekanAwalBetonNormalMenggunakanSemenTipeIIProgramStudiS1TeknikSipilFakultasTeknikUniversitasNegeriMalang.Pembimbing(I)Drs.Ir.H.SudomoM.MT.(II)Drs.BoedyaDjatmikaS.T.M.T.KataKuncikuattekanawalbetonsementipeIIlamawaktuperawatansteamBetonpracetakadalahbetonfabrikasiyangprosespencetakannyaberadadipabrik.Perawatandenganmetodesteamadalahsalahsatumetodeperawatanbetonpracetakuntukmendapatkankuattekanawalyangtinggi.Kuattekanawalyangtinggidiperlukanagarpadasaatprosesfabrikasibetondapatsegeradidistribusikanpadapelaksaanproyekdanjugamemenuhipermintaanyangtinggisehinggakeuntungandapatdimaksimalkan.Salahsatufaktordalamperawatanbetondenganmetodesteamuntukmendapatkankuattekanawalyangtinggidipengaruhiolehlamawaktuperawatansteam.Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmengetahuikuattekanawalbetonnormalyaitupadaharike-1harike-3harike-7danharike-28denganmenggunakansementipeIIdenganvariasilamawaktusteammengetahuiusiabetonyangoptimalsebelumberusia28harisertamengetahuiapakahterdapatperbedaankuattekanawalpadasetiappemberianvariasilamawaktusteamselama5jam6jamdan7jam.MetodepenelitianyangdigunakanadalahmetodekuantitatifdeskriptifdananalisismenggunakanstatistikonewayANOVAyangakandilanjutkandenganujiposthoc.Bendaujiyangdigunakanadalansilinderbetondengandimensi75mmx150mm.Jumlahmasing-masingbendaujiadalah5buahuntuksetiappengujian.BetonpadapenelitianinimenggunkancampuransementipeIIpasirdanbatupecahyangdidapatkandipasarankotaMalangdengankuattekanrencanasebesar25MPa.Betonyangtelahselesaidituangkanakanmendapatkanperawatandenganmetodesteamsetelah2jampenuangandenganvariasilamawaktusteamselama5jam6jamdan7jamsertabetonnonsteam.Hasildaripenelitianiniadalahkuattekanbetonpadausiaawalyaituusiake-1haridenganvariasilamawaktusteamyangdiberikanyaituselama5jam6jamdan7jamsertabetonyangtidakmenerimaperawatansteam(nonsteam)adalahberturut-turutsebagaiberikut13268MPa14248MPa15223MPadan4907MPa.Sedangkanuntukusike-3berturut-turutadalahsebagaiberikut16151MPa18240MPa19775MPadan7413MPa.Sedangkanuntukusike-7berturut-turutadalahsebagaiberikut1944MPa2079MPa2301MPadan998MPa..Betonyangmendapatperawatansteammemilikikuattekanawalyanglebihtinggidibandingkandenganbetonnonsteampadausiake-7hari.Berdasarkanujistatistikterdapatperbedaankuattekanawalbetonyangmendapatperawatandenganmetodesteampadasetiapvariasilamawaktusteamyangdiberikanperbedaanpalingsignifikanterdapatpadakelompokbetonuyangmenerimaperawatansteamselama7jam.ABSTRAKKadirAbdurahman.2017.StudyofSteamCuringperiodontheEarlyCompressiveStrengthofNormalConcreteUsingCementTypeIIProgrameS1CivilEngineeringFacultyofTeknikStateUniversityofMalang.(I)Drs.Ir.H.SudomoM.MT.(II)Drs.BoedyaDjatmikaS.T.M.T.KataKunciearlystrenghtconcretecementtypeIIperiodofsteamcuringPrecastconcreteisafabricationconcretethattheconcretecastingprocessisinthefactory.Curingwiththesteammethodisoneoftheprecastconcretecuringmethods.Ahighearlycompressivestrengthisrequiredwhentheconcretefabricationprocesscanbereadilydistributedandalsowiththehighdemandsoitcanbemaximized.Oneofthefactorsinthecuringofconcretewithsteammethodtoobtain.Thepurposeofthisresearchwastofindoutthecompressivestrengthofnormalconcreteonday1day3day7andday28byusingtypeIIcementwithvariationofsteamperiodknowingoptimalconcreteagebeforeage28daysaswellastoknowifthereisdifferenceofinitialcompressivestrengthateachofgivingofvariationofsteamtimedurationfor5hours6hoursand7hours.TheresearchmethodusedisdescriptivequantitativemethodandanalysisusingonewayANOVAstatisticwhichwillbefollowedbyposthoctest.Thespecimensusedarecylindricalconcretewithdimensionsis75mmx150mm.Theamountofeachspecimenis5piecesforeachtest.ConcreteinthisresearchusingmixtureoftypeIIcementsandandcrushedstoneobtainedinMalangcitymarketwithcompresivestrenghtplanof25MPa.Thefinishedcastingconcretewillbecuringwithsteammethodafter2hoursofcastingwithvariationsofsteamdurationfor5hours6hoursand7hoursandnonsteamconcrete.Theresultofthisresearchiscompressivestrengthofconcreteattheageof1stdaywiththevariationofsteamperiodgivenfor5hours6hoursand7hoursandconcretethatdoesnotreceivesteamcuring(nonsteam)following13.268MPa14248MPa15223MPaand4907MPa.Whileforageof3thdaysisasfollows16151MPa18240MPa19775MPaand7413MPa.Whileforage7thdayisasfollows19.44MPa20.79MPa23.01MPaand9.98MPa.Concretethatreceivedsteamcuringhasahighercompressivestrengthhigherthannon-steamconcreteAttheageof7days.Basedonthestatisticaltestthereisadifferenceinthestrengthoftheearlycompresiveconcretestrenghtreceivedcuringwiththesteammethodoneachvariationofthegivensteamtimeperiodthemostsignificantdifferencebeingintheconcretegroupthatreceivedsteamtreatmentfor7hours.
