- ABSTRACTDarmaharaniNirmalaRizki.2017.AnalyzingtheControlofHumanResourcesonConstructionProjectinMalang.ThesisDepartmentofCivilEngineeringFacultyofEngineeringStateUniversityofMalang.Advisors(I)Drs.MadeWenaM.Pd.M.T.(II)Drs.SuparnoS.T.M.T.KeywordscontrolHumanResourcesconstructionprojectThecontrolofHumanResourcesisveryimportantinconductingconstructionproject.ThecontrolofHumanResourcesisrequiredtokeeptheconstructionprojectfromdeviatingfromtheoriginalplan.Itwouldbedifficulttomaximallyachievetheprojectsgoalswithoutagoodcontrol.ThepurposeofthisstudyistoanalyzethecontrolofHumanResourcesontheconstructionprojectinMalang.Thisstudyisaquantitativedescriptivestudy.Thepopulationusedinthisstudyis6middle-classconstructionservicescompaniesand74small-classconstructionservicescompaniesinMalang.Meanwhilethisstudyusesrandomsamplingmethodtodrawthesample.Byusingthistechniquethesamplesusedinthisstudyare3middle-classconstructionservicescompaniesand12small-classconstructionservicescompaniesinMalang.Meanwhiletherespondentsfromthecompaniesaretakenusingpurposivesamplingtechnique.Byusingthistechniquethereare4respondentstakenfromeachcompany.Therefore12respondentsaretakenfromthemiddle-classconstructionservicescompanieswhile48respondentsaretakenfromthesmall-classconstructionservicescompanies.ThetechniquesusedforanalyzingthedatainthisstudyaredescriptiveanalysisTTestandRegressionAnalysis.Thedataanalysisshowsthat(1)TheprocessofHumanResourcescontrollingontheconstructionservicescompaniesinMalangcanbecategorizedasexcellent(2)ThefactorwhichaffectsthecontrolofHumanResourcesonconstructionservicescompaniesinMalangthemostisequaldistributionoflaborand(3)ThecontrolofHumanResourcesdirectlyaffectsthequalityoftheproject.
