- Officelayoutisonefactorthathelpsdeterminingwhetheranactivityineveryorganizationisdonewellinproposesofachievinggoals.Likewisetheworkenvironmentgoodphysicalworkingenvironmentandworkingenvironmentofadequatenon-physicalsystem.Layoutsandtheofficeagoodworkenvironmentwillencouragegoodworkhardnessaswell.Thisstudyaimstodescribethespatialobjectiveconditionsandenvironmentofficeattheadministrationoffice(TU)FacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalang.Inadditionitistoanalyzetheinfluenceofpartialandsimultaneousspatialandofficeworkenvironmentforstaffworkhardness.Thisresearchhastwovariablesnamelytheindependentvariable(X)istheofficelayout(X1)theworkenvironment(X2)whilethedependentvariable(Y)istheworkhardness.Themethodusedisdescriptivecorrelationbecausethisresearchisintendedtoobtainadescriptionofthevariablesstudied.Dataisobtainedbyusingquestionnaires.Populationsinthisstudywereemployeesintheadministrationoffice(TU)inofFacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalanginnumberof34people.Basedonresearchresultsshowthat(a)thereisasignificantpositiveimpactofofficelayouttopartiallyworkhardnessintheofficeofadministrationsection(TU)inFacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalangasseenfromthevalueoftSig0000005andtcountvalue4397ttable2039(b)thereisasignificantpositiveimpactofworkenvironmentonemployeepartiallyworkhardnessinofficeofAdministration(TU)inFacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalangasseenfromthevalueoftSig0.000ttable2039and(c)thereisasignificantpositiveimpactofofficelayoutandworkenvironmentforstaffworkhardnesssimultaneouslyintheadministrationoffice(TU)FacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalang.Thisisevidentfromthevalueof0.000SigFFtable3305.FromtheresultsofthisstudyitcanberecommendedtotheFacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalangsHeadofAdministrationsection(KABAG.TU)tomaintainthestateoftheofficeandfixtheflawsexistedbycompletingofficemachinessuchasduplicatingmachines(Photocopy)andothers.Officeemployeesofadministrationsection(TU)inFacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalangshouldalwayskeeptheworkingenvironmentconditions.Anditisexpectedtoemployeesintheadministrationoffice(TU)FacultyofEconomicsStateUniversityofMalangtomaintaintheirworkhardnessalwaysobeytheofficerulesandhaveagoodrelationshipwithcolleaguesandalsowiththeirleader.
