  • ABSTRAKRhumanaPramestiDwi.2017.UjiPerbedaanFormulasiPakanTerhadapPertumbuhanLarvaKumbangBeras(TenebriomolitorL.).SkripsiJurusanBiologiFakultasMatematikadanIlmuPengetahuanAlamUniversitasNegeriMalang.Pembimbing(I)Drs.AgusDharmawanM.Si.(II)SofiaEryRahayuS.Pd.M.Si.KataKunciFormulasipakanBudidayaulathongkongPertumbuhanlarvaTenebriomolitorL.Padabudidayaulathongkong(larvaT.molitor)belumdiketahuiadanyaformulasipakanyangefektifuntukmengoptimalkanhasilproduksi(optimalisasipertumbuhanlarva).Olehkarenaitupenelitianinidilakukanuntukmengetahuiperbedaanpemberianformulasipakanyangberbedaterhadappertumbuhan(panjangdanbiomassa)sertamengetahuiformulasipakanyangpalingefektifuntukpertumbuhanlarvaT.molitor.PenelitianeksperimentalinimenggunakanRancanganAcakLengkap(RAL)yangterdiridari3perlakuan(3jenisformulasipakan)dandilakukansebanyak10kaliulangan.Formulasi1terdiridarikombinasiampastahupollarddansayuranformulasi2terdiridarikombinasiampastahukonsentratpakanayambroilerdansayuransedangkanformulasi3terdiridaritepungjagungdedakpadipollardampastahutepungikandansayuranyangdiberikanpadalarvaT.molitorberumur40haridanditelitihinggaumur60hari.DatayangdidapatkanberupadatahasilpengukuranbiomassadanpanjanglarvaT.molitorsertadatafaktorabiotik(suhudankelembabanudara).DatabiomassadanpanjanglarvadianalisisdenganujiANOVARALfaktorialyangdilanjutkandenganujiDuncan.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanformulasipakanyangpalingefektifmenghasilkanpertumbuhan(biomassadanpanjang)larvaT.molitortertinggiyaituformulasipakan3yanghasilnyaberbedanyatadenganformulasi1dan2.Berdasarkanhasilujilanjutperbedaanefekpemberianformulasipakanterhadappertumbuhandapatdilihatsecaranyatapadahari-20.RhumanaPramestiDwi.2017.FeedFormulationDifferencesTestonTheGrowthRicebeetlelarvae(TenebriomolitorL.).Undergraduated-thesisDepartmentofBiologyMathematicsandNaturalSciencesFacultyStateUniversityofMalang.Lecturer(I)Drs.AgusDarmawanM.Si.(II)SofiaEryRahayuS.Pd.M.Si.KeywordsFeedformulationYellowmealwormcultivationGrowthofTenebriomolitorL.larvaeIncultivationyellowmealworm(larvaeofT.molitor)therehasbeennoeffectivefeedformulationtooptimizeproduction(optimizationoflarvalgrowth).Thereforethisstudywasconductedtodeterminedifferencesintheprovisionofdifferentfeedformulationsonthegrowth(lengthandbiomass)andknowthemosteffectivefeedformulationsforthegrowthofT.molitorlarvae.ThisexperimentalresearchusedCompletelyRandomizedDesign(CRD)whichconsistsofthreetreatments(3typesoffeedformulation)and10repetitions.Formulation1consistedoftofudregspollardandvegetablesformulations2consistedoftofudregspoultryconcentratefeedandvegetableswhereasformulation3consistedofcornflourricebranpollardtofudregsfishflourandvegetablesthatgiventoT.molitorlarvaeaged40daysandobserveduntiltheaged60days.DataobtainedintheformofbiomassmeasurementdataandthelengthofT.molitorlarvaeaswellasdataabioticfactors(temperatureandhumidity).DatawereanalyzedlarvalbiomassandlengthwithCRDfactorialANOVAfollowedbyDuncantest.Resultsshowedthatthemosteffectivefeedformulationproducesgrowth(biomassandlength)T.molitorlarvaehighestwasfeedformulation3theresultsaresignificantlydifferentfromfeedformulation1and2.BasedontheresultsofaDuncantestthedifferenceintheeffectsoffeedformulationsongrowthvisibleonthe20thday.
