- Speakingisoneaspectoflanguageskillthathastobemasteredbystudent.Onestandardofcompetencethatmustbeachievedinlearningofspeakingisabilitytoexpressideathoughtnotionandfeelingverballyandgivingpropositionexpressingdisagreementandrefusingsuggestion.Theimplementationoflearningofspeakingatschoolisoftenneglectedbyteacherduetotimeconstraint.ThereforestudentsarenotabletospeakininformalandformalsituationfluentlybecauselackofconfidencedisorganizedcompositionofBahasaIndonesiahaslittleunderstandingofdiscussionethicinappropriatesubstanceofconversation.Thosestatementsrefertospeakingaspectthatmustbeaccomplishedbystudentinlearningsituationnamelythestudentaregivingopinioninadiscussionforum.OneoflearningmodelswhichcanimprovestudentsspeakingabilityespeciallyexpressingideasisNHTlearningmodel.TheimplementationofNHTmodeliswellorganizedsostudentshavemotivationinlearningwhichcaninfluencethedevelopmentinoutcomeofstudyespeciallyinexpressingideas.ThisstudyaimstoknowtheprocessandresultofdevelopmentabilityinexpressingideasclassVIIIHSMPNegeri13MalanginconveyingagreementanddisagreementgivingevidencedeliveringpropositionorbackgroundknowledgeandalsodrawingconclusionbyusingNHTmodel.ThisstudywasclassactionresearchinSMPN13Malangconsistof36studentsmalestudentswas18andfemalestudentswas18.Thisstudywasusingclassactionresearchwithtwocycles.Classprocedureresearchactionconsistsof(1)prefacestudy(2)planningaction(3)implementingaction(4)observation(5)reflection.Whileresearchdataofthisstudyconsistofpre-actionactiondataandactionresultdata.Formofpre-actiondatawasaresultfromprefacestudynamelyresultsofdatatakenfrominterviewandpre-researcherandalsoobservationinclassbeforemeasureisgiven.Actiondataorresearcherprocessdataisfieldnoteaboutresultofstudyinclassroomandalsostudent-opiniondataduringon-goingdiscussion.Collectionofdataactionresultisdataverbalwhichisproducedbystudentstheformofdataisargumentationdiscoursewhichisdeliveredbystudentsandalsoreflectionresult.
