- Emotional intelligence and job stress have become a main issue in PT. Hasjrat Abadi, Tbk and its influence on employee productivity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on Employee Productivity, Partially and Simultaneously. Using a SPSS software and multiple linier regression as a data analysis tool, this research found that Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress have significant influence on Employee Productivity.
