- Abstract: The results of data description processing show that for the average value of the g factor it is seen that the location factor is 287, for the road area factor is 0.9 and for the transportation factor is 1,095 there is a crowd factor with an average value of 1.3 while for the center of the business area it looks of 1.8. The results of data processing as a whole against the Quality Rating with an average value of 776 or through an index of 7.76, the value of the Quality Socre of the Kramat area is at a pretty good NJOP value. The result of processing the statistical test shows the regression value Y = 1,075,372 + 3,260.16X so that the contanta value of Rp.1,075,372 is the pure value of the selling price variable of land per m2 without being influenced by the variable Quality Score, while the regression value of Rp.3,260.16 meaning there is a contribution to the Quality Score variable so that if there is an increase in Quality Score of 1 Point will result in a strengthening of the selling price of land by Rp. 3,260.16 per M2. Hypothesis value is seen tcount> ttable then (Ha) accepted there is a positive effect between Quality Score on the selling price of land
- Abstrak: Hasil pengolahan deskripsi data terlihat bahwa untuk nilai rata-rata g faktor terlihat bahwa pada faktor lokasi sebesar 287, untuk faktor luas jalan sebesar 0.9 dan untuk faktor transportasi sebesar 1.095 adapaun faktor keramaian dengan nilai rata-rata 1.3 sedangkan untuk pusat kawasan bisnis terlihat sebesar 1.8. Hasil pengolahan data secara menyeluruh terhadap Quality Rating dengan nilai secara rata-rata sebesar 776 atau melalui indeks sebesar 7,76 maka nilai Quality Socre kawasan Kramat berada pada nilai NJOP Cukup baik. Hasil pengolahan uji statistik terlihat nilai regresi Y=1.075.372+3.260,16X sehingga nilai contanta sebesar Rp.1.075.372 merupakan nilai murni variabel harga jual tanah per m2 tanpa dipengaruhi oleh variabel Quality Score, sedangkan ilai regresi sebesar Rp.3.260,16 artinya ada kontribusi variabel Quality Score sehingga bila terjadi peningkatan Quality Score sebesar 1 Point akan menghasilkan penguatan harga jual tanah sebesar Rp. 3.260,16 per M2. Nilai hipotesis terlihat thitung >ttabel maka (Ha) diterima ada pengaruh positif antara Quality Score terhadap harga jual tanah
