- The research study aims at explaining the effect of job stress on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 55 respondents of a manufacture industry participated in this research. The study reveals that job stress negatively and significantly influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction positively and significantly influenced organizational commitment. The research study supports the previous research findings.
