- The objective of this research is to find out the capacity of three-legged unsignalized intersection by using base model of Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM 1997) method. This research is conducted at Pulau Irian Jaya and Pulau Seram street at Poso regency. The period is in 6 days by 16hours/day. The result shows that the most crowded traffic is on Monday at 07.15-07.30, 563 vehicles; on Tuesday at 12.45-13.00, 629 vehicles; on Wednesday at 07,45-08.00, 292 vehicles; on Thursday at 06.45-07.00, 787 vehicles; on Friday at 17.00-17.15; and on Saturday at 07.30-07.45. The delay is 7,28 second/pcu, by the degree of saturation (DS) which is 0,757, it is found that the Queue Probability (QP) is 46,47%-23,22%. Thus, it can be concluded that the street capacity is adequate enough.
