- PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, TBK., Perawang Mill, Siak Regency are part of the Sinarmas Group.This company is a Pulp and Paper company which has a power plant and a chemical producer. Thebasic material used in this production process is Eucalyptus, which will later be processed into pulp andpaper with a number of employees ± 7,303 people. Companies with thousands of employees certainlyhave a great risk of danger considering that this company is a pulp and paper industry company. Thisstudy wants to see and analyze the K3 culture that has been implemented by this company, as a formof effort in realizing Zero Accident. This study uses a descriptive analysis method that looks at how farthe company's efforts to develop the K3 culture. The results of this study show that the efforts built bythe company have been very good, ranging from management commitment, OSH rules and procedures,communication, and work environment. It's just that a major obstacle to the company is the indicatorof employee involvement. It is felt that workers have very little awareness of the importance ofapplying K3 culture.
