- This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance on PT.Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) Pangkalan Bun. Research conducted at PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) Pangkalan Bun using a sample of 35 employees. Data collection is done by disseminating research instrument, that is questionnaire which contains statement to measure job satisfaction and employee performance. While the formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence of employee job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) Pangkalan Bun ?. The collected data is then processed by using validity test, reliability test, frequency table, simple linear regression, t test, correlation coefficient and determination analysis (R2), to analyze data using SPSS version 22.0. The purpose of this study is To determine the effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) Pangkalan Bun. In result of regression equation: Y = 0,813 + 0,969X, and Determination Coefficient value (R2) equal to 0,515 meaning free variation variable that is Job Satisfaction is 51,5%, and the rest equal to 48,5% explained by other variables outside research . Resulted t count value for job satisfaction variable equal to 5,922 with value of significance 0.000 meanwhile with significance limit equal to 0,05 and direction of positive regression coefficient, obtained t table value equal to 2,034. By comparing the two t values obtained, it can be seen that t count> t table, so the hypothesis that the variable of job satisfaction greatly affect the performance of employees of PT. Finansia Multi Finance Pangkalan Bun is acceptable. The conclusion that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Finansia Multi Finance (Kreditplus) Pangkalan Bun.
